So far I have done the following:

Changed oil filter and oil to Synthetic 5w-30
Replaced air filter
Replaced fan belts
Replaced spark plugs and wires
Had AC repaired
Cleaned EGR valve and passages

Shortly, about a week, after cleaning the EGR valve and passages I started noticing a clicking noise on acceleration, which sounded a little bit like a hand crack which would increase in speed as the rpm's increased, but would not be present when running at a constant speed, or when revving the engine in place, only when the engine was under load. The noise seemed to get louder and then I had a loss of power at the low end and then I did the following.

Replaced fuel filter
Replaced PCV Valve
Replaced catalytic converter
Seafoamed throttle body
Replaced distributor cap and rotor
Replaced distributor o-ring
Adjusted Ignition timing

After getting the new cat properly installed, the noise decreased and it seemed a little bit of power came back. I adjusted the ignition timing with my father from the factory 5 degrees to the board recommended 8 degrees. It feels like I have gained the low end power back, but when the engine is under load I still notice that clicking noise a little bit. It is not as loud as before though. When my father and I were adjusting the timing, I head a hissing noise coming from around the fan and alternator belts. I wasn't sure if it was the belts or if it was a leak so I'm going to replace the vacuum lines. I have new hose so I just need to do it.

I still have the following to do:

Install 3-tech economy cam and 8-degree advance timing sprocket
Replace timing belt
Replace water pump
Replace all vacuum lines
Find out where the heck that clicking is coming from.
