Sorry to hear that Potter. I was hoping to see your 94. I'm having back surgery this week. If all goes well I'll make it to Geopalooza. It's not the most comfortable car to drive a few hundred miles with my back, but it's a shorter trip for me than for you. Take care.

I'll bring my back to black and whatever else I can find in the car wash bucket.
Hope it helps someone.
The only thing that will help my SuperElasticBubblePlastic is fresh paint.

Bring your rain coat,
The forecast is wet for the weekend.
Probably not a washout, but scattered wetness.
I am bringing my portable garage to set over the tent.
See you shortly,
Schultz out.

I know that I never posted that I was coming and this is why I knew that there was a good chance that I would be asked to work overtime and as it turned out I was rite. What a shame I was looking forward to putting faces to the names of all of you very helpful people. Perhaps next year. I hope you all have a great time. Firefighter Paramedic Rich

I'll be arriving on Friday with three Metros...My daughter will be driving the Indigo '97 4cyl/auto on her drivers permit with me riding shotgun, my oldest son will be driving his Sky Blue '95, and my brother will be driving my Tropical Green '95. The other daughter and son will be bouncing back and forth between cars during the rest stops along the way I'm sure...

So to clarify, I'll be there with my brother and and all four kids. Their ages are 18(S), 17(D), 16(D), 14(S) in case others are bringing their kids as well. They're pretty good kids and can help keep I watchful eye on any younger ones while we're all there.

Yesterday, I put new front brakes on my '95, and new half-shafts & front brakes on my son's '95. I also installed the base model gauge cluster that I had originally removed from my Green '95 into my sons Blue '95 because his gas gauge wasn't working. As a result, his odometer now reads 000006.7 miles. While I was at it, I replaced his fuse box and multi-funtion switch to cure the burnt headlight terminal problem. He gained intermittent wipers as a result of the swap just like I did when I replaced my multi-function switch. All have fresh oil, good tires, and run well, so no problems are expected...If something happens, we'll have two other Metros to fall back on!

See everyone soon!

To get to the park from the campgrounds and want some scenery or want something to do if you come early, you can head out of the park and go North, it becomes RT531 and goes through "Geneva on the Lake". You will find a lot to do there since it's a very busy strip. If you follow RT531 this will take you to the Ashtabula Harbor and through the old docks and lift bridge. It's really nice there. RT531 will run into RT11. Just past RT11 the next intersection is State and on the left is the main entrance to Lake Shore Park. RT531 continues west to Conneaut, Ohio and RT193 or RT7 goes south towards RT20 and I-90, so you cant really get lost if you want to sightsee.
