What does the forum think about the Chevy Volt and the 230 mpg city EPA rating? $40k when they come out.

Chevy Volt
I think $40k is pretty steep for a car (batteries) that will only last 10 years maximum.

.Quote" I almost quit body work because someone ran off in a ditch because they wheren't paying attention and they had a Cadalaic i have a geo metro fixing some rich pompus @$$ @^&#'s Cady that he ran off the road in and he bitches at me and my boss because i got a little tire shine on his rims.. (i am a body man but when the detail bay needs me ill give a helping hand) And he thinks hes better than me????".. I know the feeling my friend. I used to go pick up my kids or go to the store after welding on a boat all day and people would act like I was a damn ape or something. LOL F them. They are no better than you or I. One time my friend was the best Ducati Motorcycle mech around. One day the guy brings him a really expensive bike to fix. Well he doesent just jump quite quick enough and the guy(a Doctor) goes off on him. My friend took all the parts , put them in a box and threw them and the bike out the door. Told the guy "Dont every bring that crap around me again" I dont think he ever got it running. It was funny. Hang in there. :thumb :thumb :thumb :drivin :drivin :drivin
