Mrs. Mullet's Extreme Metro Makeover - R.I.P.; Restoring a piece of shit

Lil red metro

I feel your pain brother who sports the mullet. The master Geo mechanic has to spend so much time on rust repair issues and has to retire blue jay so soon after that work. You should save up as much as possible this winter and if Geopalooza south ever happens, we could make a trip down and you will have something that will last many years. Just don't drive it in the winter. I wish I had the extra cash for a winter beater and park lil red in the garage.

I've got a 2000 ford taurus (finally fixed the coolant leak) to drive in the crap weather while my convertible rests in the garage :D That taurus is one big continuous coolant problem after another, I swear I've replaced every component in the system...

Even though we only got a year out of her and less than 10K, she still paid for herself and then some in fuel savings.............
