Check for disconnected or cracked vacuum hoses. My 93 did that, and I found a line under the throttle body had come loose. |

yes , vacuum leak OR the TPS closed throttle switch is never reporting that the throttle is closed so the idle circuit never gets activated and you have no decel fuel cut off which will be bad for fuel economy . AND the EGR self test will never run some one may have tampered with the throttle stop screw OR the throttle cable is too tight. |
