Here's what happened..... I changed the oil and filter. Started the car, oil pressure came up like it should. Shut it off, topped off the oil. Went to start it again and the battery was dead. So I hooked up the charger, and started it, I decided to pull the negative battery cable to see if the altenator was working. It died instantly. Now...... It just turns over and over and over, wont start at all. Acts like no spark. I sprayed some ether in the carb to see if it would fire at all and it didn't do anything. I checked every single fuse and none of them are blown. I checked the voltage coming to the coil and I have power. I'm kinda lost unless I killed the coil by disconnecting the negative battery cable. Any Ideas??

Welcome to the forum,
A funny thing happened on the way to the forum.

I don't believe you killed the coil.
You may have killed the ignitor or worst case, the puter.
You are going to do some electrical investigating.
If you have the tools and time, we can walk you through it.

It did not start on ether.
so
It is probably not a fuel issue.
next, get a friend to try and start her, while you watch the cam.
Do this by removing the oil cap. You can see the end of the cam in there.
If the cam does not turn, you have a timing belt issue.
If the cam turns, you have an ignition issue.
Let us know what is happening

You stated the battery had died. My question is did you charge it up completely with the battery charger? Todays computer systems require a certain amount of voltage to run, usually around 9 volts or so. Anything less than what is required they will not run. Charge the battery fully, then try it. Another thing. The old method of pulling battery cables to check the alternator is not acccurate today either. Check it with a amp meter.

Yes I let the battery charge over night, When I pulled the cable last night, that was my first step in testing the altenator, I had the amp meter sitting there to test with that next, but now it wont fire up.

Have you pulled off a plug wire and checked for spark at a plug? Or pull off the coil wire at the distributor and check for spark there?

Just did, no spark at all. This morning I also found one fuse blown in the fuse panel, labeled #3(15A), "Parking LIghts; Side Marker Lights; License Plate Lights; Instrument Cluster Lights. I put a new fuse in it and it blows instantly.

Putting in correct rated fuse?

Yes, according to the manual it requires a 15A fuse.

I read another post on here that had the no starting problem, and he also kept blowing that fuse. So he put a 30A(which I wont do) fuse in there, and it fired right up. I checked the voltage at the coil, at the harness anyways, and it has voltage, I'm wondering if that fuse is is somehow powering something else?

This is just a long shot but you might try disconnecting the wires at the alternator and then try putting in a fuse. The alternator could be shorted. Not likely but possible. If you are popping fuses, You are going to have to start disconnected wires and locating the cause of the short.

I disconnected the wires from the altenator, and put a new fuse in and it still blew instantly.

do you have a DVOM ?
do you have a TEST light ?

see the how to section under CKP CMP testing

begin there

IF CKP CMP is functioning and there is no output from the PCM to the ignitor OR injector
AND the PCM is powered up with good ground
AND the PCM is powered up with good ground
AND the PCM is powered up with good ground

the PCM may be fried
==================
you should NEVER disconnect a battery cable when the engine is running
NEVER

I pulled the coil off and I'm trying to test it, what should my readings be?
