My tps percentage is 20 at closed and volts are .99 and idle is around 8-900 but the idle control motor never moves when cold is the percentage to high for the idle control to kick in ? this is on the 96 1.0L |

in a perfect GM world ... TPS minimum voltage should be around .5 volts and Absolute TPS minimum should be 0% your generic tool shows absolute TPS i think actual TPS will be a bit over 0% which is what enhanced scan tools will display |

thanks for that I'm just trying to figure out the cause for the isc not working and that % seems crazy when the throttle is closed but cpu seems to be more concerned with the volts to regulate the isc . picked up another used isc but it acts like the gears are stripped so next move is to swap gears but i have yet to get the gear off without damaging it, looks like it is glued on the motor shaft |
