TireRack has 165/70-12 for $54

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearchResults.jsp?width=165/&ratio=70&diameter=12&startIndex=0&search=true&pagelen=20&pagenum=1&pagemark=1&RunFlat=All

I posted this same information yesterday in one of the many other identical threads you started.

That is in fact correct, I posted those because they are a.) wider and b.) fit a metro. However, they do make 12" atv rims that have that same bolt pattern.
The following demonstrates 12" atv rim (not necessarily bolt pattern):

Keep in mind all the other warnings such as you will have to know whether they will rub, if you need the fenders rolled, etc. Also keep in mind I have no way of knowing whether or not they would be street legal or able to even be used with normal tires. I was only trying to answer your question about wider rims that would fit a metro :)

Old thread, but legitimate topic and there is a wider 12" wheel: Festiva 12" alloys - they are 4.5" wide. I have Yokohama 175/70r12 A008's on them - probably the last set in the country (maybe world.)

Even if you run 145 or 155's, the 0.5 wider rim will improve transient response.

AND you use the OE lug nuts. There is exactly the min thread engagement with the OE studs and nuts.
