Hi Guys, many many thanks for those kind comments, this buggy has become quite the long term project and I want to ensure I do the best re-build and finishing I can, no short cuts!!

Yeah far too long between updates :ashamed , I got a new job shortly after the last update and the first thing they did was assign me to a customer that was based at the other end of the country, so I was away from home, family and the buggy for the best part of 12 months! Its quite difficult to explain to the the good lady, when your only back for 48 hours that you want to spend a large chunk of the time in a garage!! - Still all that has changed now (I have a more local customer) so I now have time in the evenings to do a bit here and there :D

Bad Bent - Benny hill! now that would of made an excellent video wouldn't it, I can see it now :hmm

I did get it weighed in a while ago and I think it was 650KG approx, and yeah its just over 2 meters wide!! (She is a monster :scared )

So the next thing to re-fit (and paint) is the gear change mechanism to convert the swift gear change to cable operation and therefore be able mount the engine at the rear with the gear selector facing out the back of the buggy, Ive had a few requests to do a video on this part alone so I will post it here once finished !

Thanks again everyone - Its good to be back :thumb

Ok you have to tell me - how are you going get the DVLA to let you put that on the road? When I lived over there, the cops got really upset even with the kids using their pedal / mopeds on the paths never mind the roads! If they even caught you driving a quad on the street without getting into real trouble!

You any idea what the MOT is going to include for it?
