I am not sure where the link is, but one of our friends here made their own header from a motorcycle header. I need mine to exit the rear. But with a bike one, you could make it exit where you wanted to. With only a little fab work. Try SRD for your performamce parts. JM has a link in the parts buying section.

Thanks Mr Murf 59 - I will check that out, A Little Update! - I have stripped down the front suspension this weekend and changed the shock mounting point a little as it stood too far above the chassis tube and was going to be an issue later - have also primed all the front suspension - should have the front shock upper mounts finished this week (they are rough cut at the moment and need final shape and fitting) will post some more shots soon :)

I'm a little surprised you didn't decide to go mono front shocked (but only a little). That is a seriously intense bit of construction and fab work, very impressive indeed :thumb

Just thought I would post a quick update pic of the buggy for everyone, just finished fabing the front upper shock mounts (they are monsters) - still need to cross brace them up yet but youll get the idea

Its running too low at the moment due to the incorrect spring rates on the shocks (last job to do)

Anyway here is the pic:-
