Well now when I take sharp turns at high speeds my car makes a loud spuealing noise. I think it is coming from the rear end but i'm not sure what it would be coming from, it only does it at higher speed at high speeds never at low speeds or normal curves. any ideas?

well I would say about 30 to 50 around corners, it also makes no difference which way I am turning around a corner it still makes the noise.

I had a squealing problem from the front wheels when turning. Turns out it was a bad wheel bearing. I jacked up the car, grabbed the tire to check for play...the wheel felt very loose. I thought the lug nuts or spindle nut was loose, it was the wheel bearing.

yea my first though was a wheel bearing but I though a wheel bear would probably be directional and only make noise when i'm turning and putting more pressure on that bearing. Hopefully I can look at it a little today need to rotate my tires anyways

Is the sound like a tire squeal?

Sir, yes sir!

Yeah, how big are your tires? My track car tires rub on the inside rear in high speed cornering, and that is with stiff springs. I could see squisher springs letting a stock car tire rub under spirited driving.

Well I have a 94 xfi with 12in tires and the stock springs as far as I know and aren't 12's what came on the xfi? And no it doesn't sound like the tires it almost sounds like power steering squeal tho I have no power steering

How about getting a good friend to crawl around inside while driving and determine if it's front, back, left or right?

I find it hard to believe you are taking corners at 30 to 50 mph. Curves, yes, corners, no way.

yes I said that wrong i'm taking sharp curves that fast not corners. I believe its coming from the rear but not 100% secure I will probably have a buddy sit in the back and see where its coming from.

Have you looked to see it anything is wearing on your tires or wheels back there? There are only just a few things that are moving back there that it could be. Possible the a drum dragging? Just a shot in the dark.

I know it's a squeal but this flow chart may help...
