I'm going to call the guy, it will cost me 50 bucks to rent a trailer and go get it, I want to only buy 1 but if I have ot buy both, i'm going to drop one off in a parking lot and take the XFi home, and come back for the other at a later date...haha

What should I offer him on JUST the XFi? I'm thinking 300 or so, because of the broken A frame...

I just bought these two, an 89 and 93 Metro. The 93 Maroon one just had broken timing belt and was parked since June 09. I paid $500 for the pair. Absolutely no rust on either one.

SCORE! I need a pair of rockers for my vert, so if you wanna get rid of a rust free body, or just the rockers and rear quarter panels (I don't care if the A frame is gone) I could use some here in TN :)

They are both autos. My wife had a 94 4DR and now I am selling that as she has taken over the maroon 93. I am going to redo the 89 for myself and then sell my current 93 2DR.

Awh man, autos are no good. :P

I'm just playing. This XFI should sell like hotcakes when gas goes up again.

Bad left knee for me and wife can't and won't drive stick. When I get my knee fixed a stick may be in the picture. And not a cane :) I drove a 96 1.0 stick and it was not a quick as my auto but did get better gas mileage.

Don't slam the autos too much. Mid to high 30's mpg is still more than most newer fuel efficient cars on the market today.

Like the new Mustang. But my Metro is paid for and costs a whole lot less. So far I have never had a speeding ticket and am 51 though I do have a lead foot with my Metro. Never thought I would like a little car so much. Always was a truck, Explorer of 50s Oldsmobile kind of guy.

And I still have and love many of those listed in the previous post :D Its a purpose thing. BTW, nice looking pair :) CB, grab em both for pities sake. $600., you do the work, you have your xfi and parts if anything else goes wrong (or sell parts here, you know people need all kinds of stuff). It is almost a no brainer.

I ended up backing out, it had too much overhead. Call the guy, he really wants to sell them.
