There are a few things that would cause your symptom, often the check engine light will be on. The bulb could be out, so verify it is showing an all clear code to verify the bulb is good. Check the plug wires etc. to make shure they are on tight. Did any of the old plugs look black and oily or were they light tan? A compression test is high on the list of things to check, especially if one or more of the old plugs were black. It's not hard to test, there is a ton of info and here, including a write up in the how to section. Edited by crankcase, Jun 18 2010, 02:16 PM.

Slap a new distributor in that for the main problem. The IAT is plugged in the side of the air cleaner. |

buy the correct torx bit it's very difficult to tell with out any test results but if you follow the test do not guess theory , you should get out your DVOM and make the tests suggested above FIRST . before removing ANYTHING . if you must take something out take out the head light bulb , it is easy and it probably will do just as much good as guessing at which part to replace . yes this may sound a wee bit sarcastic , too bad , it's not meant to be that way , it is also very true .
