What have you found to be the best way to remove the Engine & Transmission in one piece? Is it better to remove the Rubber Dampener bolts? or UnBolt the Dampeners from the Mounting brackets? First time pulling a Geo Engine. Was hoping that somebody, who's already do this, could share some insight..

Feel like I'm talking to myself, but what else is new! ;) The way that I see it, the transmission mount goes totally away, leaving the dampener on the chassis. The curb side mount gets the two top bolts out, then rotated out of the way on the dampener. The whole rear mount, dampener included, gets separated from the firewall chassis. If there's a better way, let me know. Otherwise I'll charge forward down this road.

Sounds like you got a good handle on it.
Have fun.
Charge away!
Don't forget to pull the axles when you remove the power unit.
I've done it without pulling the axles and it is possible, but a real PITA.
