Welcome to the forum, l7productions! :coffee

Take a look at http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/ You can use some kind of Hu$hmat or insulating sheet material, add a layer of carpet insulation. I got 40 sf. of bubble/aluminum foil mat to put under the carpet and behind the panels. It's OK. If you pull the panels try spray foam caulking/crack fuller.

Add a down turned tip to your exhaust. B-)
Indiana has 30% window tinting laws. I've seen people get away with 20%, especially in the back windshield area. So I'll probably go 30% on the front sides and 20% in the back.

Definitely going to be using some sort of insulation on top of whatever I line the inside of the car with; plan on taking out the back seat (I have no use for it and nobody I know will fit back there anyways). I do plan on taking the interior panels down for some wiring; will definitely consider spraying foam insulation in the panels to help with the road noise, etc.

Turned tip on the exhaust? GREAT idea.

Thanks!
