The following item is in my collection of Geo advertising and promotional items. It is not for sale at any price. Does anyone have any information on the small "Geo Power" pin that I bought at a swap meet last year ? I'm literally dying to know the story behind how this item ever came to see the light of day :)

This pin is the cornerstone of my dealer promotions collection...!!!! I wonder if I have the only one ? IF I dare take it out of it's mayo jar burried in the back yard and bring it to next years Geo rally will I need to hire Brinks Security to watch over it ?

Don't you think that the use of the word "power", in conjunction with GEO, is a bit of misnomer? :D

It was a cold February Saturday and I'd driven 90 miles one way to the Leesport Pa Swap Meet and this fellow had a glass case with small trinkets in the case.... I usually don't look in the glass cases as most of the items are out of my budget range. This day I had extra time to burn so looking thru a glass display case I spied this treasure posted here...!

I'd of paid $20 for it and would have had to of gone to a money machine.... thankfully the price was $2 and I traded some literature in my swap bag and I've been giddy happy ever since. Real value unknown.... my personal value I MUST put the value at priceless...! It's the SHOCK value that makes me laugh....

I was fooling around back in the winter time out in some fields and run across a old rusted out 53 or 55 ford truck. I noticed on the grill a cool looking emblem and was in rather clean shape. Maybe I should mount it on the front of my Geo and proclaim V8 power at a 3 cylinder price! ;) :lol Like this one but much nicer.

I have two Metro brochures, a Geo Storm scale model dealer promo and an original Geo dealer cloth flag. Also have a little road atlas that points out all the Geo dealer locations in the U.S, but I don't think it's that rare as it came with the owner's manual?
