the difference between alcohol and pot is:......... A drunk will run a stopsign. A stoner will wait for it to turn green.

The stoner might be too lazy to even take off on a green light. When I was young and dumb, I use to get high and drive. I drove usually 50 mph on the highway and was always paranoid. The few stupid times I got drunk and decided to drive it was not good. I would drive about 80 mph, tired and things were a blur. Both are stupid, but if I had to choose to ride in a vehicle with a person that was stoned or drunk, I would pick the stoned person every time... |

You can find out more about your laser by pointing it at airplanes. |

might get away with that if you live near a civilian airport.-----but I wouldn't want to upset the pilots that fly over my home since many of them are Navy and/or Air Force fighter aircraft.

I very very rarely have a single drink and I can't even imagine what it would be like to smoke an entire joint. Two drags is plenty for an old man like me. |

i like a single drink before bed, in wine terms they call it a night cap since it makes you a little drowsy. i used to smoke shwag so a whole joint was necessary for you to even feel it. i liked it over dro because you got to enjoy the smoking part of it and it's a more mellow high since it has more cannabinoids than thc so you don't get a trippy high you get a mellow munchy filled high. i pretty much quit smoking when i turned 20 though. |

Maybe you and your friends were smoking too much. Ive come home and just taken a hit or two to chill down, same as if I come home and just want one drink to chill. With the magic of self control we can all stop after a bit and not smoke the whole joint. Also not all of us use joints, i prefer to vape or use a bong so taking 2 hits doesnt really hurt anything, just relight later where as with ajoint it will taste gross later and you have to put it out and all that... |

Let me tell you about a tale. A tale of lawlessness and insanity that ends in woe..... REEFER MADNESS!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54xWo7ITFbg Then I remember back in grade school, my friend Jimmy telling me about a babysitter who smoked pot and forgot what she was doing and ended up putting a baby in an oven! if you don't smoke enough to feel the effects of marujuana, how does it calm you? a single drink works differently in the brain than a single smoke. with weed it's just thc and cannabinoids that are making the effects. in alcohol when you have one drink, a small amount of alcohol enters the body, too small to have an effect, the alcohol isn't what is calming you, it's the release of the neurotransmitter GABA that's caused by the alcohol. GABA then does a lot of different things which result in calming, if you want to know what they are look it up, i don't want to write several paragraphs explaining it and the terminology associated with it.in short, weed's effects come only from the effects of thc and you have consume enough weed to feel the effects of the thc and cannabinoids for it to affect you at all. alcohol can be consumed in small enough portions so that it does not intoxicate you but can still affect you through GABA release. they are NOT comparable i'm not saying weed is bad, weed is good and should be legal, but the two are like apples and oranges in terms of how they work. |

Sooo.......instead of lighting a cigarette along with your drink then a person should light a joint along with the drink so they can feel the effects two different ways at once??------I like apples and oranges both!! |
