She's happily married.
But if that ever changes, I'll be sure and give her your number.
Are you number 1, or number 2?
When I was in school you really didn't want to be number 2.
Not number 1 even.

Thanks for all the encouragement guys,
I love hot dogs,
always have,
always will.
I even have a cookbook of recipes for hot dogs.
BUT
I'm not gobbling them up.
I eat 1 hot dog, no bun, mustard only and it takes 20 minutes.
My kids made chili cheese fries yesterday, cause I said I wanted some, and I had about a 3 ounce portion.
I ate all the chili and cheese and gave some of the fries to the dog.
A year ago I would have had 3 hot dogs, in a bun with ketchup, mustard & sauerkraut. (or chili and slaw & mustard)(or whatever caught my eye in the fridge) Then a plate of chili cheese fries on the side. Washed down with a coke and milk shake.
I don't even want to think about what a milk shake would do to me right now.

So, I just read your post in 'Tales from the Shop' and wanted to ask if it seems easier to work on cars, having lost the weight?

Just seems like it would be and sounds like you have a lot of energy! :thumb

Some day I need to try Weird Al's Twinkie Weiner Sandwich. :lol

Yes it is easier to move, and bend and work in and around cars, or dishwashers or whatever.
As for the energy part;
I have always been full of vim and vigor,
now I have more.
I get plenty of rest.
Go to sleep around 2 a.m. and wake around 8 a.m.
Then start my busy day.
3 or 4 days a week me and the dog go for a walk while the wife sleeps.
2 or 3 days a week I go to the gym after work for an hour or so. Trying to get my pecs back.
I have noticed a difference in my upper body strength since the weight loss and gym time.
A year ago I would struggle to get a tire on one of the semis.
Today I can actually lift one to the hub. It takes a little strain but I do it.
Two weeks a go, I had to replace the turbo on 1 of our Macks.
Shipping weight is 125#.
A year ago I would need help to remove the old one, and set the new one.
With that one I did it all myself. No straining, just seemed the easiest way to get the job done.

I am walking faster than anyone I know.
We have several reeaal tall guys at the shop. They seem to move quick, due to their 40 inch legs.
I am out pacing them now and last night, as we headed out the door, one of my coworkers asked why I was running to the car.
I didn't realize until then that I was moving faster than them.
Now back to the Jeep.

Keep going, Schultz!
Weight down, bench press up.
It's probably easier to do things now, because you can 'belly up' to the job and get farther in there.
You're doing great!

Pull ups, I'm workin on.
Push ups, I can 20 before I get winded.
Parallel bar, I don't have access to, maybe I find a suitable counter somewhere.
My pecs turned into man-boobs.
Until I started working out again, I didn't realize how soft I had become.
Headed to the gym now, btw.
