No worries, I am only lifting them 4 to 5 inches off the floor. I use my toes to lift, and my arms to rotate and position.( we have a tire dolly, but this saves an incredible amount of time) even without the dolly I used to use a plain pry bar, it is just quicker, and time is my enemy. I can dead lift 100# now 1 time. Soon I will be able to dead lift 150# 1 time them I will just carry the 22.5s to the truck instead of rolling them. !!!NOT!!!Besides, I already jacked my back, now I am un-jacking it with my doctors help. He approves of my exercise plan. (haven't told him yet of the 100 push up challenge) As long as I keep up with my back repair exercises. |

If they ever get serious about the draft again, you might could beat it with a heart murmur but i doubt it. I have one and they did not even look twice at it. Big people really took it hard when I was in the service. There was a deal in front of the mess hall. You had to jump a obstacle, and then walk a long set of Monkey bars before you could eat. Big guys just could not do it so they had to keep trying until everyone else ate. Some ate last for a Long time. When we ran, if they fell out it was just too bad. some one would drop back and check on them but they still had to make to wherever we were going. I really felt for them but almost all of the big guys got better and finished basic.................................... PT test No PT uniforms, took it in your fatigues/boots.It used to be 300 points to pass. I think the run was only one mile. We would make a big pool 10 dollars to enter. Closest to 300 won the pot. 299 and you failed and had to take it over. They key was getting the run down just right. Timing the last 100 yards or so was critical. I came close a couple of times but never won it. Sometimes big money. 40 guys @ 10 each 400 dollars. Lots of money when you made 160 or so a month.

189# this a.m. So I have lost a little more weight. I have been ill for the last few days. That may explain the weight loss. Or I may just have broken the plateau. Some days I feel as if I have eaten like a pig. Then I recount what I ate for the day and realize that that whole days intake is still less than I would eat for one meal a year ago. Working the 100 push-up challenge is becoming challenging. I am elated and worn out at the same time. Walking/running is getting easier. It must be time to increase my miles. I can not do anything about the early morning walk. I go with my daughter, and she brings the tiny dog. They just do not have the stamina yet to go any longer than one mile. So I am trying to remember to go on an extra walk after work. Some days I just can't make it. Like last Wednesday. I worked my A$$ off at the shop, did my push-ups at lunch. By 23:00 I was worn "Slam D F_ck" out. So when I got home then, I just crashed. Years ago, I had a customer who needed brakes. I had told him they were "worn Slam D F_ck out. He asked; "what's the difference between worn out, and worn Slam D F_ck out. My boss was behind me and responded; "Ooh, about $200.00" Well, now it's time to start my slavin' job and get my pay. I am doing a set of rear brakes this a.m. Then back to Bills Metro. I wanted to have his car to the inspector this a.m. That didn't happen. It will, however, get there next Saturday a.m. Have a good weekend guys. Schultz out. |

LOL, thats funny. Maybe I am left field here, but how is it like being able to see your penis again? It scared the hell out of me the first time I did. Although I am still bigger than I would like to be, my stomach is flat and I can look down and see my junk n feet. I remember when I was almost 400lbs and had an itchy spot and thought it was a tick. I could not despite my best effort push my stomach around to see it, so I ended up in the bathroom in front of the mirror. |

Nothing to report the last 10 or so days. Everything is going well. I am not doing push-ups right now, I think I sprained or strained a muscle in my shoulder at work on Monday. I was replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets on a Mack truck. I did not feel anything at the time, but later that evening, when I went to do my push-ups, it felt as if i had a knife blade in my right shoulder. It is still sore, and I still can't raise myself with it. As for the "Herc" comment. Yah!, Right! My daughter is getting the surgery as well. Over the last 20 years she has also ballooned up to an unhealthy weight. Now she has sleep apnea, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and needs to lose the pounds. I am not trying to pick her up from the ground and make a 1/4 mile trek back home. I may carry the little dog. It is funny to watch him work the last 1/4 mile or so. He keeps trying to sit and rest, she keeps dragging. TTFN |

189# this a.m. Seem to have plateaued. Not a bad thing. I like this weight. Lets see if the docs do. I said before, I can eat a lot like a normal person now. So------------ I had a hot dog for lunch today. The whole thing, Bun, Sauerkraut, Muthterd, and a kosher dill on the side. BRB |
