Brother Billy, I am feeling pretty good and fine right about now, Very imaculate! LOL think you will really like this. You can walk up and talk to any of the drivers or tech guys. They want to help. They do get busy sometimes so it may take them a moment or three to help you. But they will, with patience. It makes being a rocker here a little less stressful.
I would wear my reading glass's if I thought it would help. But I seem to still blunder trying to write this :lol

I have been super tempted all day to take my old Ford into town and get a set of H Rated radials installed and go out and try it. But common sense is kicking me in the back of the head. But You can never count out shear desire... I don't think it would take less than 1/2 hr to take the shell off and remove all the other stuff I am carrying. But I don't have a helmet. Dough! I want to run the truck the evil man in the back of my head says. But the common sense guy goes hell no. WE gotta drive it home. So NO. You can't run it down the short track. BBoooooooooooo

When they say self contained camping at the bend in the road. They are not kiddin. It goes for several miles straight in a line. Then it turns about 45% And goes for miles longer. Well they camp right there, Looks like its one hell of a party at night.

MM....the pictures are fantastic.
It looks like a blast.
I am so glad you made the trip.
Favorite picture in this bunch is the 240z....that must be quite the engine.
I forgot that I used to drive an orange one for a few months. Is that the only color they had?
I hope your last half day there is not a scorcher.
Take it easy.

Awesome shoot-torial MM, but haven't you forgotten something? Something, oh, I don't know, like maybe the MAN SIZED MINI BIKE SPEED RUN TRIALS (and accompanying pics/videos of course...)

I have included the bike in a few shots. I ran it off against one of the streamliners. (PUNK) And had a grand total speed of 9mph. It takes 10 mns to cover the three miles from the pits to the start line. Yesterday a whole bunch of school busses showed up. I guess its was high school kids and some college kids to. What a neat thing for kids growing up. I am gonna head out one more day. Then I think in the AM tomorrow. I will point the old truck in the direction of home. See if I can average better that 11mpg. I got a low as 7.7 coming over the coastal range. I have made a few changes to the carb and dist. We'll see if it helps. I would say it can't get worse. But as soon as you do. The gods will smite the mightly.
I told you guys I ran on to our friends Bvilleracer out on the salt. I will see if I can linger long enough in Reno to visit with Gemini Heartz. I don't know though. I am awful tired of crowds of people. I am longing to be out in my garage by my self for a while.

I just got back from the salt today. Another day of killing records. Hey that is what its all about here. I am just sick of being in the sun. Its funny. Watching alot of the faster cars. Once they get their push starts. It may still take the about a half mile for the engine to clean up and run like it should. One of the guys in an old Ford Roadster. IE 32 Ford. Pushed about 212mph. But when he popped his 'chute it lifted the back side of his car off the ground. Sending him into a spin at about 200mph. Wow. But it stayed on it's tires. So it will race again another day. I will post more pics later. I am gonna head for the coast in the AM. Not sure where I will stay yet. But you can bet it will have shade. And lots of it
