Well my dad has elected to make the metro restoration & modding a front-burner project... I got mixed feelings about that really.
But anyhow, as it's now occupying precious shop-area space, I better get after it before it becomes a problem...
One such thing that's been done on it over the passed two days is that I've been unleashed upon it with a stud welder and hammers, and for a novice body-worker I think there some decent progress made.

Right about noon-time today, guess what strolled out of the local wooded area... a moose! :)

Certainly more to come...

Why do you need to kill trees in order to lift a metro off the ground? Killing trees for a project is not being very green. I think Mr. Gore will be very interested in your efforts. Where are you located? Got a GPS coordinate so I can make a call? Hmmmmm, I bet you even killed that poor moose with a big gun. Wonder what kind of other mayhem is in your neck of the woods? Killing a tit-mouse nesting area? Spoiling the natural area of the Ring tailed black masked raccoon? Stepping upon the ground where a Ridley turtle laid her eggs? I just can't believe this site lets and allows members to cause such destruction of nature.

What say other members!!

Actually, logging off trees from overgrown areas is *very* green, as well as reducing the risk of fire hazards. Making a Geo swing is just an added bonus :D

Sir, yes sir!

I prefer to dig holes under my Metros. I then hide under them... and wait.

Green, Schmeen. Those trees were asking for it.

:hmm Moose do have their place............right next to the mashed potato's & gravy. :lol

If it wasn't for trees, your visit to the rest room would not be as pleasant. Ever try using plastic? :smackface

Looks like a great set up. :thumb Now let's see it in action. :popcorn

Well to properly cook such a large creature as the meese, which for you none savages that is plural for moose, you must chop down a lot of trees to make a big enough bonfire to properly cook them all the way through. :drool
