I have learned the hard way over and over on this subject. Just go ahead and take a little more time and spend a little(maby a lot) more money and get a nice car to start with. Look at my new Metro prject. I spent $1500 on it and my friends busted me for it. Well, I brought it home detailed and tuned it up and put 1000 miles on it to the beach and back in one weekend no problem. If I bought a $2-500 car how much time, money, and work would it take to get it to the point where I could trust it to do that? A LOT and a LOT!!! Dan-O |
