On Friday, while out on the motorcycle, the full-face visor on my helmet was fogging up horribly. (The wonderful factory applied layer had totally worn off.) Stopped by the PowerSport store on the way home, and they recommended the relatively inexpensive Cat Crap ($5). THIS STUFF IS GREAT!!! You can't fog it up if you try. Since then I've put it on safety goggles, safety glasses, welding goggles, biking goggle glasses (pretty much anything that fogging impairs function). Even thinking about trying the spray form on Gary's windshield and rear window . . .

It's the antithesis of a Geo store. (Motorcycles, ATV's, & associated gear for fast & powerful things!) |

I need some of this for my Icon helmet. It is supposed to be anti fog, but that is a bunch of shit. I could use it my cars also. I am going to see if I can find some of this stuff tomorrow. |

My scuba mask could really use something good, it sucks to have to rinse it out 120' below the surface! |

Masks suck hard at 120' ! The reviews on REI website say it works better on diving masks than anything else they have tried. It's sort of a waxing paste you smear on, then buff off. Seems like it will work way better than the goo I used to use on my mask. Don't know about the spray-on yet, will check the REI store this week. |

Well, the fake Kitty Crap (think Halloween) is cheaper but Cat Crap starts at $6.10 shipped on eBay. A few sellers under $7. Check out stupid.com for Proof the Dog Ate My Homework.

If I didn't recognize that as an eBay number I'd think that you were getting proof the dog ate your homework! The 2011 Monthly Doos: Dog Poop Calendar! ($14.99) is available at stupid.com/calendar. |

Skagit PowerSports charged $5.95 plus tax, so your's is cheaper! They had another tip: for plastics used in the sun (visors, goggles, etc.), ALWAYS apply and buff with vertical strokes only--NEVER with horizontal or swirl patterns. That eliminates glare from micro-scratches.

Good ones, Bad Bent and Bogs! BTW - its appears the name is legit: Cat Crap is a product line (lip balm, lens cleaner, etc.) of essential gear (Crap) to take with you on the snow Cat to climb the mountain for extreme snow boarding and skiing where there are no lifts. Here's a good review: http://www.webbikeworld.com/r2/motorcycle-helmet-visor-anti-fog/ Note the boiling water test near the bottom. |
