I see them from ebay from time to time.

One of these days I'll make a video of how to fix them. Some might think it's a little redneck, but it's stronger than new, and you'll never notice a difference.

Try vehiclepartsunlimited.com I bought a inside door handle for

My 1993 Metro for $22.99 total price including U.S.P.S. shipping.

fix your own?
Mine broke this spring.
I 'fixed' it with a long thin bolt and nut.
There were 2 things broken. The plastic pin at almost the top and the bottom plastic hole that the pin slides into.
It was a matter of finding a replacement for the pin.... and then having it long enough to brace against something else.
After I took this picture, I thread the top part farther down... and placed the nut between the bottom two broken holes.
I carved out a niche on the bottom of the plastic cover and the cover fits on.

If you really want a new one you could try here http://www.suzukicarparts.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214820
they are set up just for Suzuki parts (your will need to tell the system you want parts for a Swift), you will likely have to dig around to find what you want, for instance door handles are under (Front door/Glass and Hardware/Door handle/Inside) and finally they are not cheap, an inside door handle is ~$60. But if you've just got to have one this may be the way to get one as many of the Swift parts will swap across, I am not sure but would think the door handles would too.

I found that the pick-a-part / wrench-a-part yards are an excellent source for spare bits. In my case some of the parts interior wise had similar matching geo rot patterns
