Sorry bro, not too many folks in the South really care. That's a Northern sport. We in the South have better things to do than watch guys on ice, like.....work on our suntans before Santa gets here.

Just saying

I support 'ya, horn. I was born and raised in Cape Coral, FL, and moved to the snowbelt when I was 16. I would much rather live here with the seasons and additional sports (including the luge run down the road from me: http://www.msports.org/)

There is only one other luge in the world, and it's overseas. It's a fricken blast, and you bruise up your arms after four runs!!

You're probably not surprised to hear that we're hardcore hockey fans.

Leafs are in first place :)

well lets just set this straight.....I know this may start an argument but hockey is the shit. and is way more physically demanding than football (I do like football a lot though).
The blues are going to make the playoffs this year easy. especially with the new goalie HALAK

What's the point of having a stick if you're not allowed to whack people with it???

Edited for: Go Gamecocks!

I am SOOO happy they beat Alabama. Now only if someone could stop them from winning another national championship.

The whole 'hockey vs football' debate is stupid...don't do it.

:news The thread is just over 24 hours old, give it time...

Sorry, I'm not really a "fan" period. I watch hockey, racing, football - both kinds, and just ALL sports in general. I find it to be all about laundry. Close the thread tab if you have read this before... I mean it's not who is on the team but it's ALL about the laundry a player is wearing. On any given Sunday, people in Green Bay, WI don't really care for Bret at the moment do they? Frankly, I go with my first impression of the color of the laundry when I tune in to a game, or I root for the underdog, usually. I will follow a record setting team or player. These days I always look for the obligatory player with the long hair coming out from under the helmet. :-/

But team sports does come down to the guys wearing my laundry are better than the guys wearing your laundry.
