I am with you on that. I have some camping gear and would like to see more of the country. Seen most of it this side of the Mississippi. Went to Cali once. Got drunk, Got lucky, Got out and came home. Maybe we can hang with Murf on the Salt next year. I get 4 weeks of vacation, I could cruse the country going to Geo-Fests all over. Ooh the possibilities.

Make sure you get a muffler. The 15 hours to 2010 Palooza with just a resonator made me deaf for a few days. |

I can envision mwebb at Geopalooza, taking hot dogs off the grill when Mullet isn't looking, to see if they pass his test. He'll stick a meat thermometer in one end, and then he'll have a OHM meter on the other end. Then he'll move on to soda... |

Detroit? I got one better. How about Youngstown at the 223 exit right at the parking lot of that infamous 77 Spa Korean Brothel. Across the street from the TA Truckstop. Talk about "Class". |

guarentee the wife and i will be at the event this next year. probably come early like geopalooza 10. most likely drive both geo's. wishful thinking to bring a very small camper along, although it's very wishful thinking. if money is there, probably make t-shirts again. although this time i probably will just make a bunch of the popular sizes and bring. will see how it goes. trying to talk a friend into getting a metro. this is a very fun event for all. the wife and kid had just as much fun as i did. look forward to seeing you all again in 2011. |

couldn't get the rest of the shirts ordered for the last meet. they didn't make them in a long sleeve or something like that. and i'm keeping tabs on the $10 nerys. no big deal. metroschultz, u could do a before and after at the next meet. my wife will be jealous, she wants to do the stomach surgery so bad, but the insurance won't pay for it. something about the policy my boss picked out doesn't cover it, but they are shopping for a new insurance policy. |

Nerys, PM me your address and I will put them in a box and send them over. You can send me a check after they get there, The shipping price will be on the box. Sfiend1, Check with the hospital or surgeons office that you want to do the surgery. The bariatric place my wife and I used has patient advocates who will fight the insurance company for you so you can have the surgery. It really is only a matter of letting the HMO know how much money they will spend with and without the surgery. Think long term cost. Today $30,000 for surgery, or over the next 30 years $250,000 for diabetes, knee replacement, hip replacement, back surgery, and on and on. We saw all types of insurance policies from different patients while going through the seminars. Most of them had insurance that would not cover the operation. After those companies were made aware of the actual cost of treatment for obesity related illness, they relented and paid for the surgery. Some insurances want you to go through eating disorder therapy first, some want you on a physician assisted diet and there are other prerequisites as well. I hope all works out for you guys. I'll bring pictures for show and tell. No need to bring oversize clothes. |
