So I was at autozone today and I almost got these wipers that had 2 blades on them. Bright awesome blue and the wiper blades just slide in and out for replacements. 10 each. I wanted to know if anyone else had tried them before I committed to buying them. |

I've seen these on cars before. Sometimes they look good, sometimes not. You have to put them on the car and make your own mind up. Given the color scheme you have, I *think* it would look good. But, I'm not you. Try it and see, Worst case; you are out $20 and don't like them. Or you sell them to some one here and get some of your money back. Or you really like them and think it is a nice thing you have done for your car. |

I had a set on my metro but didn't like them. Any other car they'd work fine, however I found the metro's wiper motor doesn't like the extra "drag" caused by the extra blades and tended to go really slow even on high. I think a pair of Rain-X Latitudes are the best wipers money can buy, especially when used with a water repellent on the windshield. |

Yea the rain-x wipers are good. I think everybody should use rain-x on their glass. It is amazing to see when it is raining hard. I will see other cars pull over in a down pour. I can have my wipers off and the faster I go and the harder it rains the better I can see. It also repels light frost. Which we have had lately. |

I loved my double wipers. they were not the gaudy plastic once they were metal and just BARELY wide enough for 2 blades side by side so unless you looked you would never even know they where double wipers. I put some triple edge rubber on them and they were fantastic! sadly I have never see them again. Careful double wipers can "strain" wiper motors especially if yours is old/weak. |
