I'm fix'n to go out to Pick Your Part in a couple weeks for 1/2 price days. Are their other car seats that fit into to the 1991 GEO Metro seat tracks. Or if anyone has put cool new seats in their GEO let me know your experience. Thanks new member, Greg |

Seats from the 95+ models bolt right in and are more comfy. Also look for Suzuki Swift seats. Any other kind will require welding and fabrication. |

There's no "bolt on" options outside the other metros or suzuki swifts, there are plenty which will fit with a bit of fabrication though. I believe the Rio seats will bot on with just modding the Rio tracks a bit. Others need to be mounted to the metro rails which can be a lot of work. |

This guy made some Subaru Outback seats work. http://southjersey.craigslist.org/pts/1973512973.html Just ran across the ad...not suggesting anyone buy them. Just another option apparently. With enough fabrication, just about any reasonably sized seat can work. |

You can make any seat you want, within reason, fit. Schultz' Acura seats, in his Metro I like these, they are a little wide, but very comfortable. |

I know I WANT them subaru seats but can't afford the $200 price tag :-) note they are VERT rails so you will have to unbolt the vert rails and bolt on your hatch rails if you don't own a vert Edited by nerys, Nov 8 2010, 06:51 PM.
