I am not going to name different company's because of many different reasons BUT I just saved some money by changing insurers. I had been with same company for about 7 years or so. I have one(1)infraction in 50 years of driving. My big racing ticket did not make it to the computer age. LOL. I just got my latest bill and it was 866.73 for 6 months. :deal Damn!!!! For a Geo and a 1981 ford Truck? @#%##@%$#@#!!!!!!!! I checked around and found a well known company that gave me the same coverage for 247.60. :thumb ^o) That is a 1200 dollars a year difference!!!. Do what ya gotta do, I dont sell insurance, but you might want to look around. Just sayin' :banana :banana :banana

how about posting that company name?

the best I have found so far are Unitrin Direct and Erie Insurance.

Erie was the best (I was paying $315 a year for 2 cars) but they dumped me because I have multiple cars and they thought I was buying and selling them (but of course it never dawned on them to check and SEE that I have owned all these cars for over 10 years. no of course that never dawned on them frelling skxwang)

so who is your company?

I had Geico for 3 years and only 3 vehicles. It was $738 for 6 months with a $1000 deductible. I switched to Progressive and my deductible is now $250, my coverages went up, I added 2 other cars to the policy, they added towing and roadside assistance to all vehicles and now my 6 month premium is now $489. When my policy was up for renewal I checked around with at least 6 other companies and Progressive was cheaper by at least $200.

I would not promote for any other reason than to save others money!

247 AT GEICO !!! I always LAUGH at geico they always want some INSANE amount of money that it just preposterous.

In fact I called them again a month ago (just shopping around) they want $813 FOR SIX MONTHS

$1626 a year. I am paying $461 a year and I think $461 is way too high.

no accidents NO tickets not even a parking ticket never speed perfect record. Love the Gecko hate Geico :-)

Me and my family pays around $800 a year for myself (20) my mom (56) and my dad (62) to drive two cars, a geo metro with only liability and a eclipse with full coverage.

Before that we paid $400 for full coverage on the oldsmobile and a Galant.

Farmers.......96metro 35 per month, 98chrysler town and country lxi 26 per month, 00ford-150 32 per month, and we have homeowners with them also so there is a little discount. But why would the metro be more expensive than the other two? Coverage is for liability only on all vehicles.

That sounds really high Dayle. I have 5 vehicles of which one is full coverage and I pay about half that per 6 months. My wife and I don't have any tickets though!

For 3 cars (metro at liability, other two at full) at the 150k/300k coverage mark, I pay $620 every 6 months with USAA. If you are, or were, military, it's hard to beat them.
