I know a guy that his son had a 93 metro. Not sure if it is an XFI but looks very close to my son's 94 XFI. Well the you man thrashed the 93 metro even took it out in the pasture and raced it around till he decided to go through the creek. He put the nose of the car in the mud and water and killed the engine. With this now the owner would like to sell me some parts before they send it to the yard. I looked that the lower A arms and they are pretty rusty so not sure it would be too safe to try to rebuild the car. So my question is interchangeable parts. I am looking at the window regulators, Door and Gull wing glass, head, tail light, turnsigle assemblies etc. So how interchangable is 93 parts to a 94?

Please just call me; "Schultz"

Everything on the 94 will fit the 93.
Just that easy.
Regulators need to be the same size door. 4 door to 4 door, 2 door to 2 door.

Depending on what he was looking for on the whole car, in a deal like that I would buy and strip it completely and send the shell to the yard.

Good point. But for the extra $300 and some work you could have a new car. Take a look at Little Red With Heart by snowfish. :news

Thanks. I looked the car over a bit more and it is just too far gone with the abuse. I am going to part it out. If anyone needs some parts cheep let me know. I can't have the car sit around long due to the city. Email me with inquires or possible locations to post out cars being parted out.
