Put on a jacket man! Look at all that snow in the background! Wait.....that's sand.

Balmy 9*F here in Brainerd. Winds are 12mph to increase to 30+mph. Is there such a thing as wind chill in Jamaica?

So I head out to my trusted steed to head off to work on our 20 deg morning- and low and behold the drivers door is frozen shut- and I mean frozen- the thing wouldnt open for anything.
Great picture, Jezza, you have good taste. :thumb

Actually for Mountain Bike Riding, you let some air pressure out of the tires, to minimum, for both sand and sneaux. It's the same feel, only difference it ambient temperature. :cold

Back on topic... :whistle You are at home and the water in the door jamb/frame of the car has frozen?

One way to loosen a frozen door is to get a cup of hot water and pour it in the door frame creases to melt the ice. Boiling water should cool just fine by the time you get it from the kitchen to the car.

Get it open, wipe it dry and spray, wipe on some silicone on the rubber. Then again WD in WD-40 does stand for Water Displacement. Their Web site says "WD-40 can be used on just about everything. It is safe for metal, rubber, wood and plastic. WD-40 can be applied to painted metal surfaces without harming ..." http://www.wd40.com/faqs/
