Why no hubcaps on the front?
they were $30 for 4 on craigslist
one is so bent it is good only for a flower pot .
there were no hubcap s
but the accord hubcaps are fastened with the lug nuts , a groove is cut into the lugnut which accepts a plastic ring which in turn holds the hub cap on the car
the accord lugnuts are different thread than geo metro s and
the geo metro lugnuts do not adapt

but

I just picked up a pair of Firestone Winterforce tires (155/80-13) as well as 2 extra rims to mount them on.
What a difference from my all-season tires! I couln't get out of my driveway unless it was manicured before. Now I leave extra snow there just for fun! I just did the fronts and it seems like a whole different car.
When I had the '96, it seemed to be better in the snow. This '92 is lighter and the tires evidentely don't "dig in" as well. These new tires makes it better than the '96.
With these tires and my Katz heater, I should be all set for the winter. :banana
