$127.00?!? Don't think it was that much for mine (got the renewal notice around here somewhere...) That's about what I just paid for renewal on my '83 Cad, because I was six months late (still working on pulling out the toasted tranny...) |

$127 for registration... I'm not too surprised although that is a bit high. I paid only $96. |

hruehl, damn you got Idaho beat. We pay $31.75 a year or $60 for two years on the Wife's 96. Unfortunately I have been paying the $31.75 for 10 years, hoping move to civilization some day soon.

Oh, my Gawd, you guys are really making me feel bad, now. Hruehl and BB, you guys are the ones to beat on the Registration. This California really is a Geo Bashing State. And this situation with my Tires, I m gonna have to give that place in Palmdale a try or hit up JellyBeanDriver, I don't know. |

Have you looked on craigslist? I just found a set of 155/80-13 tires mounted and balanced on Geo Metro steelies for all of $60. They have 80% tread on them. |

You should wish for 13's. They're way better in every category. |

Wal-Mart can still get 155R12s for $29 per tire via special order. They don't even show up on the website, but on a master list that should be under the main desk at your local tire & lube, they can look them up. |

Yiffzer, I'm wishin' for those 7 spoke 14 inch Suzuki Swift GT Aluminum Wheel and some directional low profile tires to go with it. But since I'm POOR, and probably can't even afford the steel 13 inch 2nd gen Geo Metro/Suzuki Swift wheels, I'm stuck. There's so much that I want to upgrade on my car but at this point and time It's going to just be Pure Fantasy on My Part. Just Like Me Getting a Girlfriend! |
