Hello all!

Just bought a 1994 Geo Metro 4 door w/ hatchback, 3 cylinder 5 speed!

She is in pretty nice shape! I had been looking at this car for several years now and the guy never had it for sale, then Saturday it had a for sale sign in it!

206K for $1400 - some minor surface rust in 1 place - about an 8" diameter paint fade/ peel on top toward rear, seats show some signs of wear, but I am glad to have it and look forward to saving some gas for a long time!

I am sure I will have plenty of questions later!

:drivin

Thanks & be good!

Matt

yup in Walnut Cove, NC

It's teal

It's been raining, I will take some pics this weekend!

I am thinking of installing a power door lock system W/ keyless entry - wanna keep it locked and it will be a huge aggravation to unlock the back for the kids every morning. Then I am thinking of obtaining an engine & transmission - then rebuilding them, etc... I have a good friend that has an 80 model Fiesta that he keeps running, I hope to do the same for the Geo.

Thanks for the interest!

My oldest daughter (11 next month) told my wife (last night) that she didn't want to be taken to school in it - we were walking out this morning and I asked her about it and she said "it's weird looking" (she is used to me driving a Silverado xtra cab). I told her that she will have to get used to it, cause when she can drive it is going to be hers! She had this horrified look on her face :smackface . As we got closer to school she started asking about it and I think she is over the shock of it! :D
