Rim size change to 13 inch?; Changing size of tires and rims

The 12 inch tires might be hard to locate so I need to know if I can go to a 13 inch tire and rim and what rim from what car I can use or if there is something else I can do to make this chance over. Thanks for all help!!! :-/

Oh, yeah! I use 13" from a later model Geo. There are plenty of posts on this forum about tire/wheel combinations.

Check the pinned thread at the top of this forum: Other wheels that fit Metro

95 and up Metros came with 13" wheels, as did Metro convertibles.

Any 4cyl honda accord will have the same lug pattern, also many hyundai's will. 4X114.3mm is the pattern

4x114.3mm or 4x4.5" is the pattern.
