B&M t-handle fits good. I've got a black plastic one on mine and I like it a lot.

The CO. I work at sells a metal one and a few others with the same thread.

Avoid anything too cheap. I bought a cheapy one years ago and I've installed it on 3 cars and everytime it makes horrible noise. Like a tranny bearing is going out. Wierdest thing.
