Definitely a skull. If not a skull, then an 8-ball. There are traditions to uphold here! |

I always thought a small bore piston would be cool shifter knob. Like out a Honda 90 trail bike. |

So, you sword fight (Sword handle), while playing (Baseball), fighting with (Brass Knuckles), chucking (Grenades). But don't want to *pose* with a beer tapper? |

It's threaded alright. Probably has some loctite on it from the factory. Use a pipe wrench. Don't plan on reusing your shifter knob after using this technique!

You should find a model sized H2 and use that. Or maybe a beat up Prius model, perhaps detailed flames all over it? |

I used a vice-grip on the steel shifter, gripping directly under the shift knob and my pipe wrench on the Geo shift knob.

I had one that looks ordinary but it would come apart to hide...spices I've also had a silver one with a bunch of blue leds on it, but it ate batterys and I'd hit the button on it while I would be driving and it would always go into strobe mode. Id keep pulling over, curse myself, and get back on the road. Happened at least 3 times before I chucked it out the window and used a pair of vice grips to get a good grip till I could get to walmart and get the spice one. |
