spray some carb cleaner around the hoses and tb base. also might be a egr not seating(like mine was). a bad pvc valve, or a leaking power brake booster

if the vacuum hoses are hard or hard to remove just replace them...its not expensive...and will eliminate the guessing...replace them one at a time so you will not get confused as to where they go...then if you still have a leak it will be easier to locate...

While the engine is running, spray small amounts of carb cleaner in spots at a time and listen for rpm change.

"i notice there where a hair bigger in the inside they didnt go in that tight.....same sise from the out side but the inside hole was a bit smaller" :dunno I don't know about you, but I have a terrible time deciphering texting speak combined with horrible grammar to even try to be helpful here. How about this, simply take a piece of the vacuum hose that you need to replace with you to the parts place so you get an exact replacement? Vacuum hoses aren't exactly rocket surgery.

what makes you think that you have a vacuum leak ?

you can monitor the 02 sensor black lead , at idle , it should be switching from 150mv to 850mv , on your DVOM you will see a blur of numbers with peaks of
150mv and
850mv

when you have arrived at the conditions above , flood the engine / intake area with propane , unlit from a propane torch .
when you get close to the alleged vacuum leak
the 02 sensor will peg / stabilize at around 1 volt

if
after flooding the intake / engine area with propane , the 02 sensor never does stabilize / peg at about 1 volt
you do not have a vacuum leak , or the alleged vacuum leak is too small to have any effect at all on the way the engine runs .

test
do
not
guess
==========================
as a side note
if you have a problem in secondary spark , the propane will flash / ignite / explode , it will not be to serious or dangerous , but you should wear glasses or safety goggle s and if you have a beard or mustache , the flash may trim the edges a wee bit .
