OK the engine sounds like the rpm's are low and you see the engine shake then sometimes the rpm's are a bit higher and the engine seems smooth but with high Tom's when the engine idles rough when is shaking if I give it some gas and let go the rpm's would stay a bit high I can't really tell you at what rpm's I'm running because I don't have a Gage again I just bought the metro and I don't know if this is normal for this car sometimes |

And no the engine light was on but it was the upstream o2 sensor I change it with out disconnecting the battery and I drove it and the engine light came off I checked the computer for codes with no engine light on and it showed the map sensor that I find weird because it got the map sensor with out the engine light beeing on then they told me that was because I changed the o2 sensor with out disconectic the battery so I erased the code and now it shows no more codes |

Turn your switch on but do not start the car and see if your check engine light comes on for a couple of seconds. If not, you may need a bulb in the dash. Could be blown out. |
