Anyone know wht gaskets these are; 2 gaskets that I have no clue where they go

Does anyone know wht these are to??? I bought the conversion gasket set (every thing that don't come in the head set to make it a full kit) and put everything together and still have these gaskets.Posted Image. Can someone chime on with ideals I just hope there not super important. :news

looks like a oil drain plug gasket and the other is either distributor oring or the oring on the backside of the water pump for the tube to the radiator

Damn ur good. I didn't think About the oil drain plug. And forgot about the coolant hose in the back of it

If the inside of the o-ring is 1" then it's probably distributor.

looks like coolant tube o ring, my gasket set came with that one, but not the dist. seal

Yeah, my set came with 2 water pipe o-rings and none for the dist. :(

Yea it hit me wht it was when he said that cause head set will have everything from head up. And the conversion gasket set is everything down. Posted Image
But it's coming along good, I was gonna redo the head that was on it, but decided to used the one I found at pick a part. It was a xfi that looked like the head had just been done and still had anti seize on the bolts!! So I pulled head with intake and ECM.

Yup, you snowfished it alright! That distinctive red color is a sign of very questionable ( :D ) the highest standard of GMF quality! Nice find on the XFI stuff. +1 on getting the previous owner to pay for your valve job, too. By the way, Turbo Dan-O was looking for XFI piston/ring stuff, if indeed that's a real XFI block. You mignt send him a PM to let him know.
