I don't really see much problem with those numbers either. Just looks like regular Geo 'wiggle' to me. :)

i replaced all the vacuum hoses from the egr , i also did some more tests using a t pin to check the EGR selenoid(the brown one) with the engine runing, i used the t pin method to check the wire that reads 0 when the key is on but the engine off (with engine on that wire read 8 volts not 12) and when i ground it i heard a tick but the engine did not stall or sounded bad

If you are getting overall bad mileage you could have a PCV valve stuck open or the Engine Temp. Sensor is telling the ECM that the engine is cold.

The two coolant hoses on the Throttle Body should be as hot as the radiator hoses.

If not, they are clogged and you need to drain the coolant and clean the hoses and temp sensor element.

A vacuum leak can also be a gasket; like the manifold/header gasket or TB/manifold gasket. If you spray carburetor cleaner on the gasket joints the rpm should change if there is a leak.

If you remove the EGR again, you should not have to buy a new gasket.

Are your rakes OK? The brake booster uses vacuum from the intake manifold and it's hose may be blocked internally.

And yes, as enginedoctorgeo suggests the other hoses to change are the smaller EVAP canister hoses.
