I have this part that goes to the TBI on the back side of the motor. I was told it should have 3 wires coming off it??

I'm not sure what it's called, or what it does, but yours is broken. It's supposed to have a vacuum hose connected to it.

The vacuum hose goes to the nipple on top. I have that part. I was told the that there should be some wires connect to the right of it (if looking @ the pic)

its referred to as the BVSV in diagrams, and AFAIK it does NOT have wires going to it.

I see the nipple, now. It looked broken off in your picture. There are 3 ground wires that attach to the intake manifold about 1/2" towards the front. That's the only wires that could possibly even be closely associated with this BVSV.
