There has to be some information somewhere about it >< I hate to see you take it to the mechanic :(

I know NOTHING about this and have never touched mine (yet) so I have no input on it :(

The way my GPS is now acticting is if its backwards when the car is cold the middle is super low when it warms up the iddle is at 1500, is it normal when you test for the volts with your volt meter for the tps to start moving as your touching the wires with the probes?

This is very good information. My throttle screw has no clearance when warmed up and my idle speed is too high because of this. I think this is affecting my fuel economy also. Time to tinker with it now. I already confirmed that my isc motor works.

Dang, I don't know what to tell you ogoz. Sorry I sorta forgot about this thread 'til now. Sounds like you did everything right, I have no idea why your ISC would wig out like that. Now you're sure you've set it at .14"(3.5mm) and not .014"? Like I posted, that large of a thickness required that I stack about 5-6 thinner feelers together just to get to that #. Tomorrow I will test mine closed and let you know if I'm getting .6 volts like you. :) Mine has been working absolutely flawless since I adjusted it as I described...then again I don't have A/C...
