Got 70 MPG?

Save some money and just use cheap carb cleaner instead. It will get the job done the same.

actually PB "can" be cheaper if you snatch it onsale so keep your eyes open.

but yeah otherwise just brake cleaner. Don't forget to fish out the passages a bit too.

yep, carb cleaner or the TB cleaner whichever is cheaper..... if you have air then spray cleaner first (to dissolve/soak the carbon a bit ) then blow it off with air, then finish it off with cleaner.... you may only need one.

sometimes it may got too expensive (esp if your doing a lot of projects almost all at the same time) if you dont prepare it ahead of time.. like, i cleaned my drums with brake cleaner ($3.50/pc) i could have used my air first after first spray so i can save on my second can, i didnt do it that way, so ive used up 2 cans on both sides which i could have probably used just 1.

A can of Wal-Mart brand carb cleaner or brake cleaner is under $2.

Granted I don't keep my eyes out on sales for PB Blaster, I rarely have a need to buy PB and the Can I have right now has lasted me well over a year, but does PB ever go on sale for less than 2 bucks?

yes pb lawn mower tune up, white and light green can.

when you spray it, it turns purple and foams like hell upon contacting carbon.

had a small 3.5 hp briggs from the 60's gummed to hell, sprayed that stuff in the spark plug hole...gas tank, and into the carb...waited 30 min started on the second pull, and threw SPARKS out the exhaust. was buring all the carbon out....like sea foam but spray can..

ohhh green can. I have like 8 cans of that stuff no idea what I was going to do with it (came as a "two pack" for cheaper than single can by itself so I got the two packs)

I was using (still am) using PB to free the keel on my sailboat. got it about half way cleared out :-)

now to figure out where I put them stinking green cans :-)

I have NEVER seen walmart brake clean for under $2 its $2.77 a can around here.

I buy a lot when AA/AZ puts them on sale $2 or less.

Edit: you're right, it is $2.77 a can, for some reason I was thinking that they were the same price.
