haha . A little more information on what the car does WHEN you TRY to rev it up would be helpful :P

Does it die?
Does the car just do nothing when you step on the pedal except idle?
Does it shoot small birds and rodents out of the tail pipe :)?

I think we're investing in over the internet mind reading to solve these problems, but it's still in the alpha testing stages ^^

Welcome to the forum :) :thumb

I had a similar problem (won't rev up) after driving through deep water. It would idle but when pressing the pedal it didn't die out, just wouldn't rev up. However, when I started it, it would run fine for the first ten seconds and then it would putter out. I got home by driving like a madman for ten seconds, coasting, then turn it off and start it again, 10 seconds at a time. I remember that when you start the car, the engine ignors the computer for a short period of time. I never found out what the problem was. It dried out. I sought to seal some of the electrical connections afterward.
