In addition to checking the themostat and temperature sensors, check to see if your EGR valve is partially stuck open.

This thread should help you:
http://geometroforum.com/topic/678529/1/

Pull off part "A" seen in the first picture of the above thread... If you push on the diaphragm, the pintle should move easily, and you should be able to blow air through the manifold ports easily.

The codes are egr and engine coolant related. So yeah check the thermostat and connectors and grounds.

Well like i told you guys i guess the previus owner removed the thermostad now that the car has a thermostad ones in a while i notice that the cars temperature hits 225 -230 and then probably 45 seconds later the temperature goes down to 200 what can this be???

It means it's getting pretty hot & your radiator fan is kicking on to bring it back down to 200. I assume you put a 195* thermostat in which is recommended. If you have no grill block & you're reaching these temps your water pump may need to be replaced. If you have a grill block & new/good water pump, you may want to cut away the radiator side to keep it from reaching these high temps. I'd say your radiator is good though since the fan is able to bring the temps back down. The water pump is easy to change out & is cheap. You can "test" the water pump by pinching the upper radiator hose once the thermostat opens (195*) and see if you feel any pressure building up in the hose.
