not to jack this thread, but I don't want to post the same question in a different thread. sometimes but not always when I start the car my belt squeels then stops and never does it again. It's always when its first starting never under load or just driving around. what could be causing that? |

Same deal. Make the belt a little tighter and it will go away or it's time for a new belt. They start out chirping when you first start the car and then gradually get worse. |

Alright thanks for the info. the belt does look a little worn out, it will be one of the many things on my list to get this thing back to road ready condition. It's been squealing for months |
