My FSM says:

129 lbs/ft for the front
120 lbs/ft rear with hub (ABS only)
74 lbs/ft rear for the vast majority of cars

I think my '90 FSM has a misprint. Thanks Woodie. 2 sources, same numbers. :news

As much as we all love "Haynes"...
...the Front Hub Nut (Staked Nut).....129 Ft-lbs;
the Rear Drum Spindle Nut (Staked Nut).....129 Ft-lbs.

The Castellated Nuts, 108.5 to 195.0 for the front, and
58 to 86 for the Drum Spindle.
Torque 'em within spec., line up the castellation,
and install the cotter pin.

If ya' look at the way it all goes together,
the torque shouldn't be exerting any pressure on the balls.
'Least not the bearings balls. :hmm

Wanted to confirm front and rear axle nut size on my 91 vert, I'm thinking 30mm front, 22mm rear? Can one of you guys confirm that or let me know what's correct. Thanks!

Forgot His Manpurse

Addressing OP: 74 ft/lbs. Do not do more than that. Haynes provided inaccurate information.
