Go over to teamswift, talk to that guy with the blue vert with the G10T. He'll be 100x more knowledgeable than anyone else on this board.

G10T has the same engine with the addition of a turbo. Have you ever tried to source a turbo? Think finding Bigfoot is tough, try to find any thing that is related to a turbo and you will feel like you have had a family reunion with the Bigfoots. Yea, go to teamswift. They like power over there and have the tech heads to prove it.

Wait a minute, Big foot lives just over the hill from me. He shows up in the Annie, Mary parade every year. Just go to Willow creek, and turn North to Bluff creek.
I forget who it is, but one of our friends here does turbo engines. He posted some really cool pics about a year back. All the small detail work was done in a nice blue.

that is what I was afraid of. As in if there is something wrong with the turbo, oh boy are you in a world of hurt trying to fix it.

my thoughts were not so much for speed but more for the MPG's, as a super tuned g10T would be much more effective with the burn.

your thoughts?

The more power you make, the more fuel you burn.

Too much of a PITA for any measurable results. If you have to tear down your turbo every so often to replace seals, etc. etc. then the purpose of increased mpg's will be negated by repair bills. Plus the turbos are finiky. Tempermenal and bothersom work on. I'd stay away from it unless I wanted speed.

Got 70 MPG?

If the stock turbo needs replacing, you will be forced into upgrading as well as the stock turbo is no longer produced.
