Super excited to find a group of like minded individuals. My wife and I bought our second Geo Metro convertible. The first one we sold because we were moving to Hi. Seven years later she has never let go of the fact that I made her sell her baby. So I surprised her with another one and she hasn't stop kissing me:) It is a 1991 Metro Lsi convertible. At any rate, we just got back from a road trip in the little thing and found out the cooling system wasn't quite up to the task. In it's defense it has been over 90 degrees and the A/c was running full blast. I plan to work all the bugs out with the help of this forum. If I can contribute back I would love to.
Cheers and happy 3 cylinder motoring,
Robert

Jittney I will post some pics when I get a chance and yes a convertible does need ac. We like to put the top down and blast the ac just because we can. Also, when it is over 90 and Im driving from Orlando to Ocala, I would fry so the top stays up and use the AC.

There are some days here in MD, code red, of course, where it's so hot, humid and nasty, and you're stuck in an hour of traffic to move 6.5 miles, you put the top up and turn on the A/C. :P

Yes, welcome to your new forum, rlkramel! :coffee

We have had a few A/C threads and you might want to use Google Advanced Search so you can search just this forum for all things A/C. :-/
